" We have a reputation of creativity and event design is our passion. Our wedding planner team is logistically savvy, and we pride ourselves on accurate timelines and attention to detail." 
Each wedding will consist of two day of coordinators, Lead and Assistant. The Lead coordinator is the "point of contact" from the bride and groom to the vendors. Being a Lead means you will be reaching out to the couple, vendors and the venue regarding timeline and floor-plan questions. 
The Assistant is the extra eyes, ears and hands for the Lead. The assistant is still required to be at the final detail meeting and catch any information the lead may of missed.

-Event Duties include:
  • Six Week out Final Detail meeting with the Bride and Groom
  • Contacting vendors 
  • Drafting accurate Time-line and floor-plan
  • Cutting wedding cake 
  • Assist in setting up tables and chairs
  • Decorating the venue (if they upgraded their package) 
  • Quick rehearsal run through  
Requirements
- High School Education or GED 
- Communication Skills 
- Flexible Schedule 
- Reliable Transportation
- Availability to work weekends/ nights/ holidays 
- Being able to stand for long periods  of time 
- Carry objects of 20 lbs 
- Being punctual
- Event Certificate is not required but it does help to have one 
Benefits and Opportunity

- Paid position (varies depending on which venue and if you are the Lead or Assistant Coordinator)   

Achievements 
From November 2020 to March 2021 I have had the opportunity to be the assistant in 6 weddings and had my very own Lead wedding on March 13th. Just from my short time here I have already had 3 positive testimony stories from the Bride and Groom. 

I have gain more knowledge within time management, punctual schedule, adopting to changes within the second and learning terminology. 

Overview 
Uniquely Set was founded in 2015 by two Aggies, Megan Towery and Brittany Mahler. Now the company has expanded to 12 coordinators. All the coordinators hold the same responsibility:
- Having a professional manner
- Executing our duties to the fullest by showing a positive attitude along the way. 
Not only do we contact the bride and the groom, but we also handle all vendor information and questions. 
We strive to show all our clients ( vendors, venue staff, bride and groom, and guests) the same respect and dignity they deserve.
